The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Customer Service
Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Customer service department will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Please email us at Customerserive@ wall streetnut.com or call us at 1-732-505-0900 during standard business hours 9am-5pm Eastern M-F, and a representative will be in touch with you. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Our shipper, USPS cannot ship to any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted. Additionally, we only ship to locations within the United States. For international consumers, we recommend email or call our customer service department with a return phone number and the best time to contact you.
All internet orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Domestic orders arrive in 2-7 business days after the order is shipped, depending on location.
Return Policy
Wall Street Nutrition may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Wsnut through the Site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
The merchandise must be received by Wsnut within 30 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period.
You must provide your Purchase/ invoice Order number as received when your order was placed through our website.
To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original package. All items must be received by Wall Street Nutrition within 30 days of purchase. In all cases, reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
If you need to make a return, please email / or call us during normal business hours (9-5 Eastern M-F) before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase /invoice Order number as received when an order was placed on the Site. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy)we will begin to process your return.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Promotional Items
All sales are final on any promotional items sold on the Site or otherwise distributed by Wsnut through any other format, and WSnut will not accept any returns of promotional items for any reimbursement whatsoever.
Back Orders
Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there’s a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an email letting you know of your partial credit due to the out of stock item. We cannot hold pre-authorizations for an extended period of time and therefore any out of stock items will be canceled off the order. We only charge for the items shipped.
Delays
Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Customer Service for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.

Your information will be used only by Wall Street Nutrition and its affiliates. We will not sell your personal information, such as your name, email address or street address, to third parties such as data mining companies.
When you purchase a product or contact our Customer Service, we collect your contact information and/or financial information (such as your credit/debit card). We use the information you provide to complete the order or request and to keep you updated on promotional offers and new product launches. We do not share this information with unaffiliated parties.
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice. Also, in the unlikely event that Wall Street Nutrition substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
